1. Parties and scope
The seller is Orhan Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., trading as Kablodükkanı. Buyer and delivery details are entered with the order. Online payment is inactive, so the record is an unpaid order request. The request alone does not collect payment or guarantee delivery; sales, payment and delivery terms require separate confirmation.
2. Products and price
The order summary separately shows the model, variant, metres per piece, quantity, unit price, product discount, coupon, VAT, shipping and total. Quantity means the number of pieces of the selected cable length. EUR/USD conversion uses the order's rate and currency. Refunds are assessed against the amount actually collected.
3. Order confirmation
Before a sale is finalised, buyer/order details must be added, payment methods, delivery times, return carriers and additional charges disclosed, pre-contract information acknowledged and an order-specific contract provided on a durable medium. Online payment integration is currently disabled.
4. Delivery, withdrawal and disputes
Actual consumer sales are subject to the applicable Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. The related policies explain delivery and withdrawal; statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected. Consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts may be used subject to current thresholds and requirements. Commercial buyers' consumer status is assessed separately; mandatory foreign consumer rights are not excluded.
