Online payment is currently inactive. Order requests are recorded without collecting payment or card details. Sales and delivery terms must be confirmed before an order is finalised. Company and return details not yet supplied are marked below.
1. Controller and collection
The controller is Orhan Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. Data is collected electronically through account, profile, order and newsletter forms, the session cookie and security records. The official request address appears below; the contact email address is listed in the company details.
2. Purposes and legal grounds
Account, identity/contact, address and order processing is assessed under KVKK Article 5(2)(c) for requested account/order services; mandatory legal records under 5(2)(a)/(ç); legal claims under 5(2)(e); and proportionate security under legitimate interests in 5(2)(f), subject to fundamental rights. Newsletter marketing relies on separate explicit consent under 5(1). Order requests do not collect online payment; final sales and invoicing depend on confirmed order terms.
3. Recipients and transfers
Recipient groups, limited to relevant purposes, include authorised staff, hosting/database providers (Vercel, Neon) and legally authorised public bodies. Google Fonts requests may disclose connection information to Google. No actual order transfer to payment or delivery providers is active. Before launch, international services require verification of Article 9 conditions and safeguards; this notice itself does not authorise a transfer.
4. Retention and deletion
Account, order request and consent records are stored in the database; sessions last up to 7 days. Category-specific retention periods and deletion schedules have not yet been approved by the company. Data should be deleted, destroyed or anonymised once the processing reason and mandatory retention requirements end.
5. Rights and requests
Under KVKK Article 11, you may learn whether and why data is processed and who receives it, request correction or deletion/destruction where applicable and notification of recipients, object to adverse decisions based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Submit an identity-verifiable request in writing to the official company contact address below, or via legally permitted electronic methods. Requests are resolved within 30 days; the right to complain to the Turkish supervisory authority remains available.
