Shipping and Delivery

Online payment is currently inactive. Order requests are recorded without collecting payment or card details. Sales and delivery terms must be confirmed before an order is finalised. Company and return details not yet supplied are marked below.
1. Shipping charges
Free or paid shipping appears in the order summary. A paid shipping charge is added to the total; undisclosed additional charges are not requested. While online payment is inactive, the total including shipping is not collected on the site.
2. Delivery time and damage
Promised delivery times must be disclosed before real orders. For Turkish consumer sales the statutory maximum is 30 days; longer periods may be agreed for custom-made goods. If delivery becomes impossible, the consumer is notified within 3 days and collected sums, including delivery costs, refunded within 14 days of notification. The seller bears loss/damage risk until delivery through the designated carrier.
3. International shipping
Languages and EUR/USD pricing alone do not mean delivery is available to every country. Supported destinations, carriers, delivery times, customs/taxes and total additional charges must be clearly stated before real sales and order confirmation.
