Online payment is currently inactive. Order requests are recorded without collecting payment or card details. Sales and delivery terms must be confirmed before an order is finalised. Company and return details not yet supplied are marked below.
1. Scope
Kablodükkanı is a sub-brand of Orhan Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. This policy covers visits, accounts, profiles, order requests and newsletter requests. The Personal Data Notice explains processing in more detail.
2. Information collected
We store email addresses, password hashes, optional profile details, order names, telephone numbers, addresses, order contents and newsletter consent records. Passwords are not stored in readable form. The site does not request card details or sensitive personal data.
3. Use and security
Information supports account access, order tracking, security and services you request. Newsletter permission is separate from membership. Administrative access is restricted and session and abuse controls are applied. Personal data is not sold.
4. Providers and retention
The site is prepared for Ubuntu hosting and uses Neon database services, Vercel Blob image storage/CDN and Google Fonts. These services may process connection or account data abroad. The company must finalise retention periods, provider agreements and international transfer safeguards before launch; automatic deletion is not yet defined.
5. Your choices
You can edit your profile in your account. Requests to withdraw newsletter permission, delete accounts/data or exercise other rights can be submitted in writing to the official address in the company details. The contact email address appears in the company details. Browser data can be removed through browser settings.
