Online payment is currently inactive. Order requests are recorded without collecting payment or card details. Sales and delivery terms must be confirmed before an order is finalised. Company and return details not yet supplied are marked below.
1. Order requests
Order requests are recorded without online payment. Amounts that have not been collected cannot generate a financial refund. The following withdrawal and return conditions apply to final consumer sales; return shipping addresses and carriers require separate confirmation.
2. Withdrawal and return
For goods outside statutory exceptions, consumers may withdraw without reason within 14 days of delivery, or notify withdrawal before delivery. Written notice or a durable medium is sufficient. Goods must be returned within 14 days after notification, unless the seller offers collection. Returns through the carrier specified in pre-contract information do not incur a consumer return charge; neither do returns where no carrier was specified.
3. Custom cables and defective goods
Goods genuinely prepared to the consumer's specifications or personal needs may qualify for a withdrawal exception. Selecting metres or cutting a cable does not automatically exclude returns; standard options and custom production must be assessed per product/order and explained before sale. Statutory remedies for defective goods, including replacement, repair, price reduction or rescission, remain available.
4. Refunds and notice
Refunds follow the applicable starting conditions and 14-day period in Article 12 of the Regulation, cover collected sums including ordinary delivery costs, and use the original payment method without charges. Name, order number, product and withdrawal request help process a notice; no special mandatory form is required. Written notices can be sent to the official contact address below; the return shipping address and carrier have not yet been designated.
